USCIS’ new fees, forms and filing locations will be effective starting on Monday, April 1, 2024. On March 29, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado denied the Plaintiffs’ request to stop the new fees from going into effect, stating that the Plaintiffs’ failed to meet their burden of proof.
