Breanne P. Johnson | Attorney
Breanne represents individuals and employers seeking to obtain nonimmigrant work visas and permanent residency in the United States on the basis of employment. She frequently represents clients who are petitioning to reunite families. Breanne also assists clients in obtaining waivers for consular processing and adjustment of status and represents clients in naturalization applications and in I-9 compliance matters. Breanne is based in the Seattle, Washington area.
Prior to joining Curray York & Associates, LLC Breanne practiced immigration law with a civil rights firm located in Seattle. She was an attorney at Stern & Curray, LLC from 2014 – 2018, providing legal advice and representation to clients in family, business and removal defense matters. Breanne additionally gained diverse experience through positions with the Colorado Public Defender’s Office, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network.
Breanne is committed to increasing access to legal services for those most in need. In furtherance of this commitment, Breanne volunteers monthly with legal clinics and serves as a pro-bono attorney for local immigration nonprofit groups.
Breanne attended the University of Colorado School of Law and is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University where she studied Latin American History and Social Justice and Development. Outside of work, Breanne enjoys skiing, running and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, daughter and dog Remi.
