Adrianna represents clients in business and family immigration law, including nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, employment-based immigration matters such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-2 National Interest Waivers, nonimmigrant classifications including H-1B and TN status, as well as complex F-1 and J-1 issues. Her practice also includes waivers, permanent residence applications, consular processing, naturalization, and DACA matters, among others.

Her experience in immigration law began well before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in Colorado, where she spent six years working with F-1 and J-1 students and scholars in the university’s internationalization office. During law school, she served as a law clerk for Denver Juvenile Court and volunteered with several local organizations providing free legal services to Colorado’s underserved and underrepresented communities. Prior to law school, Adrianna earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Denver, completing a triple major in Political Science, Psychology, and Spanish.

Adrianna is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She regularly volunteers with organizations that provide pro bono legal services to immigrants. She is a proud daughter of immigrants and is bilingual in English and Spanish, as well as multicultural.

Adrianna approaches her practice with a strong commitment to treating every client with respect, dignity, and patience. As the daughter of immigrants, she understands firsthand how complex and overwhelming the immigration system can be and appreciates the importance of providing clients with clear guidance through that process. She believes that individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of career, educational attainment, country of origin, native language, or socioeconomic status, deserve the same level of attention and quality representation. Her approach is grounded in transparency, responsiveness, and practical guidance, ensuring clients understand their options and the reasoning behind important decisions in their case. Whether representing an individual, family, or business, Adrianna strives to help clients navigate the immigration process with confidence and clarity.

Outside of her practice, Adrianna enjoys reading true crime mysteries and spending time with her family and dogs.
