David Tuteur | Attorney

David Tuteur represents clients primarily in the areas of business and family immigration law, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, RFE responses, waivers, and interviews before USCIS.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. During law school, David was an associate editor on the Colorado Law Review and member of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic, while also working as a Law Clerk at Stern & Curray and a Detention Program Volunteer at the Rocky Mountain Immigrants Advocacy Network (RMIAN). Prior to attending law school, David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University, and spent several years working with international students as a J-1 program coordinator, providing support to undocumented students as a high school counselor, and coordinating volunteers along the US/Mexico border. David has lived and worked in a range of international settings including Mexico, the Czech Republic, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and he is fluent in Spanish.

David is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, and he is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Apart from practicing law, David spends his time running, skiing, rock climbing, and playing guitar.
